Introducing the OIC Agency Portal: launching 1 July

The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) will launch the OIC Agency Portal on 1 July. The secure online platform has been designed to help agencies covered by the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 to meet their reporting obligations under the new Mandatory Notification of Data Breach (MNDB) scheme.
