The Queensland Law Reform Commission (QLRC) tabled Report No 77, Review of Queensland’s laws relating to civil surveillance and the protection of privacy in the context of current and emerging technologies, in Parliament on 29 June 2020.


Our office is re-opening

On 17 June 2020, the Chair of the Legal Affairs and Community Safety parliamentary committee tabled our report into Ipswich City Council’s progress in implementing the 12 recommendations of our 2017-18 compliance audit with the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld).
