The Australian Government’s My Health Record system has now changed from an opt-in model, to an opt-out.
The My Health Record is an online summary of an individual’s key health information including allergies, medical conditions, treatments, medication details, advance care planning documents, test and scan reports.

We will use the information gathered to help us improve the site to create a more useful and engaging experience for our users.
You are invited to register for a 1 hour in-depth activity and interview session. The 1 hour sessions will be held in early November and are available during the day or evening.
