The annotations consist of explanatory notes relevant to applying the legislation. These notes are not legal opinions, but are designed to make the Acts easier to understand. We will continue to capture key changes that affect the interpretation of the legislation, including Information Commissioner and Queensland Civil and Administrative Tribunal decisions and include them in the annotations.
