Major review of the privacy guidelines

Over the last few months we have been working on a major review of the privacy guidelines. This review isn't finished, but the first batch of guidelines has been released. Some of these were only refreshed, while others have been completely overhauled, resulting in an entirely new guideline.

What if an applicant sends payment in a form your agency can't accept?

Under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act), a valid application must be accompanied by the application fee. However, some agencies only accept certain forms of payment or are only able to process forms of payment when they are received in specific ways. For example, an agency may only be able to accept credit card payments made over the phone.
