The Australian Government’s ‘My Health Record’ is changing

The My Health Record is an online summary of an individual’s key health information including allergies, medical conditions, treatments, medication details, advance care planning documents, test and scan reports. Over five million Australians currently have a My Health Record, which aims to deliver better health outcomes for patients by enabling important health information to be securely shared between clinicians and their patients.
