Relevance to the RTI Act

Section 103 of the RTI Act substantively replicates section 85 of the FOI Act.¹ Section 178 of the RTI Act replicates section 94 of the FOI Act and makes it an offence for a person not to comply with a notice given under section 103 of the RTI Act.
