Our in-person training program builds understanding of the legislation and its practical application in managing information access or amendment applications, privacy compliance and complaints, and data breaches comprising personal information.

Suitable for: All Queensland public sector employees and entities required to comply with the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). It may also be of interest to members of the community.

Suitable for: Officers in government with obligations under the IP Act who need to identify and manage privacy complaints.
