Section summary

If a relevant document contains health care information concerning the applicant and it appears to the principle officer that disclosure might be prejudicial to the physical or mental health or wellbeing of the applicant, then the agency or Minister may give access to an appropriately qualified health care professional nominated by the applicant and approved by the agency or Minister.
