OIC has launched a new, free-of-charge training module for public sector leaders.

Understanding the Right to Information Act – A Guide for Senior Executives will help leaders understand how to foster a culture of transparency and accountability while ensuring compliance under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act).

Much of the information we hold across the public sector is personal information entrusted to us by individuals or collected through the services we deliver. Leaders are stewards of a public resource, and making information available is a cornerstone of public service.
