OIC provided as submission to the Department of Justice and Attorney-General on the Public Consultation Paper – Proposed changes to Queensland’s Information Privacy and Right to Information Framework. The submission responds to the questions posed in the Consultation Paper and also outlines further reforms which OIC considers would improve outcomes for the Queensland community and public sector entities.
