Submission to Community Support and Services Committee Public Records Bill
The OIC provided a submission to the Community Support and Services Committee in relation to the Public Records Bill 2023.
OIC supports the initiative to reform the existing public records regime, which stands to modernise Queensland’s public records governance framework, and better harmonise that framework with complementary legislation such as the IP Act and the RTI Act.
