OIC Submission to the Department of Home Affairs on the Exposure Draft of the Assistance and Access Bill

The Office of the Information Commissioner (OIC) has made a submission to the Department of Home Affairs regarding potential privacy issues relating to the Telecommunications and Other Legislation Amendment (Assistance and Access) Bill 2018 as part of Home Affairs’ public consultation on the exposure draft of the Bill.
