Personal affairs
The matter in issue in this review comprised small segments of matter contained in the third party's hospital admission record. Extensive efforts were made to locate the third party and to inform her of the Information Commissioner's review, without success.
The respondent withdrew its claim for exemption in respect of the matter in issue, and the Deputy Information Commissioner therefore decided to give the applicant access to the matter in issue, which also affected and concerned the applicant.
