In this 'reverse FOI' application, Liberty Station Pty Ltd objected to the disclosure to the access applicant of documents relating to a liquor licensing application lodged with the Department.
The Information Commissioner applied the principles explained in Cannon and Australian Quality Egg Farms Ltd (1994) 1 QAR 491 in affirming the Department's decision that the matter in issue was not exempt from disclosure to the applicant under s.45(1)(b) or s.45(1)(c) of the FOI Act.
