The applicant's FOI access application was wide ranging and sought access to many categories of documents in order to assist court proceedings involving another FOI access applicant, Mr Price. 

To the extent that the documents to which access was sought overlapped with documents dealt with in decisions concerning various of Mr Price's FOI access applications, AC Shoyer applied s.25(2), s.28(2) and s.77(1) of the FOI Act in refusing to deal with the balance of the applicant’s FOI access application.
