Still unable to obtain the documents he believed to exist, Mr Reinke raised 'sufficiency of search' issues against another agency. 

The Information Commissioner found that there were no reasonable grounds to believe that further documents falling within the terms of the relevant FOI access application existed in the possession or control of the Department, and that the searches conducted by the Department had been reasonable in all the circumstances of the case.
