The applicant sought access to documents relating to his involvement in proceedings in the Magistrates Court and to the involvement of a particular Magistrate in those proceedings, and to all other documents relating to the applicant which had not been dealt with in his earlier FOI access applications. 

AC Moss decided, in respect of the first part of the applicant's FOI access application, that the documents to which the applicant sought access were excluded from the FOI Act by the operation of s.11(1)(e) and/or s.11(1)(f) of the FOI Act.  In respect of the second part of the access application, AC Moss decided that an application fee of $31 was payable by the applicant because at least one of the documents to which he sought access did not contain any information which could properly be characterised as information concerning his personal affairs.
