Applying T and Queensland Health (1994) 1 QAR 386, the Assistant Commissioner upheld an exemption claim under s.42(1)(e) of the FOI Act in respect of information that would disclose certain procedures of the respondent.  The Assistant Commissioner was satisfied that such procedures were lawful, dealt with possible contraventions of the law, were not widely known in the community, and would self-evidently be prejudiced by their disclosure.  The Assistant Commissioner found that other segments of information relating to individuals other than the applicant were exempt matter under s.44(1) of the FOI Act.
