Reviewing review rights

The Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) (RTI Act) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) (IP Act) give people the right to access documents, and amend personal information contained in documents, held by Queensland government agencies and Ministers (agencies), subject to the limitations in the Acts. The RTI and IP Act also give applicants and other people affected by a reviewable decision, such as a consulted third party, the right to apply for review.
