Webinar: Access application handling
We are offering access application handling training via webinar on 14 November 2023 to help government agencies comply with their legislative requirements. This training is open to individuals who process access applications and write decisions under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) and the Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld). Participants will gain an understanding of the legislative framework, communication skills and decision writing. The training is designed specifically for the right to information environment.
