Application fee and processing charge increasing from 1 July 2023

In line with the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022, the Right to Information Act 2009’s application fee and processing charges will increase on 1 July 2023.

The application fee will increase to $55.75 and the processing charges will increase to $8.65 per fifteen minutes spent working on the application.
