In line with the Acts Interpretation (Fee Unit) Regulation 2022 (Qld), the Right to Information Act 2009’s application fee, processing charge and access charge will increase on 1 July 2026.
The application fee will increase to $59.60 and the processing charges will increase to $9.25 per fifteen minutes spent working on the application. The access charge for A4 black and white copies will increase to .30 cents.
