Designed for Queensland Government agencies and organisations with obligations under the Right to Information Act 2009 and Information Privacy Act 2009, the 2026–27 training builds on the previous program with more practical content and covers the following modules:
- undertaking a Privacy Impact Assessment
- practical application of the MNDB scheme
- RTI decision-making.

- Mackay from 24–25 November 2026
- Emerald from 26–27 November 2026
