Privacy Awareness Week 2014
In 2014 the PAW theme was ‘Privacy. Take charge’. This community awareness campaign encouraged people to take an active and informed approach to protecting their personal information.
We also conducted a Privacy Awareness Week 2014 awareness campaign within the public sector, under the theme: ‘Privacy. Handle with care’, to raise awareness and understanding of their privacy responsibilities contained in the Information Privacy Act 2009 when handling personal information on behalf of government agencies.
