It’s no secret that privacy breaches are occurring more and more frequently. Would you know what to do when you discover a privacy breach? Do you know what processes your agency has in place to determine how serious it is? And would you know who to notify about a privacy breach and when?
This practical, interactive workshop offers you the opportunity to experience firsthand the processes and pitfalls of responding to a privacy breach at an organisational level.
This workshop will involve participants working through different scenarios, and will examine what resources might be needed to assess and respond to a privacy breach. Finally, using the knowledge and processes developed throughout the workshop, participants will discuss what should be included in a Privacy Breach Response Plan.
