Application of section 68(4)(c) RTI Act

Section 68 of the RTI Act requires that applicants be given access to documents in the form they request, eg photocopies, inspection etc. One exception is where doing so would breach the copyright of someone other than the State of Queensland. In those circumstances, the agency can give access in a different form.
