Useful OIC resources

One of the Office of the Information Commissioner’s (OIC) functions is to provide guidance on Queensland’s Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act). These Acts are a key part of Queensland’s accountability and transparency mechanisms and the OIC has a range of resources available to increase knowledge and understanding of RTI and IP.
