Update to the Annotated Legislation

The Annotated Legislation is a knowledge resource produced by the Office of the Information Commissioner Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) which contains commentary and references to cases on certain provisions of the Acts.

The Right to Information Annotated Legislation and Information Privacy Annotated Legislation has recently been updated and now only includes links to annotated sections, although chapter and schedule headings remain to maintain the legislative structure. Please note, this change was not made to the Annotated Legislation for the repealed Freedom of Information Act 1982 (Qld).
