Generative AI and privacy

The Queensland Office of the Information Commissioner has published a new guideline on privacy and the use of generative AI.

The guidelines focusses on Microsoft Copilot, due to the widespread use of Microsoft products in the public service environment, but the issues discussed in the guideline are applicable to any generative  AI system.
