Inquiry into the Queensland Academy of Sport Bill 2025
OIC welcomes the opportunity to make a submission to the State Development, Infrastructure and Works Committee’s inquiry into the Queensland Academy of Sport Bill 2025. This submission is confined to the establishment of the Queensland Academy of Sport. OIC supports the Academy, as a statutory body, being subject to the Right to Information Act 2009 and the Information Privacy Act 2009.
