This case involved the application of the principles set out in B and Brisbane North Regional Health Authority(1994) 1 QAR 279, to parts of medical and related records concerning the applicant.  The Information Commissioner decided that information which had been supplied by third parties relating to the applicant was exempt under s.46(1)(a).  The Information Commissioner also decided that the names of, and personal information about, a number of people comprised exempt matter under s.44(1).
