This case involved the application of the principles stated in B and Brisbane North Regional Health Authority(1994) 1 QAR 279, to information about the applicant communicated to health professionals by a third party, and to information that would identify the third party.  The Information Commissioner decided that both the details of the information supplied, and the identity of the third party, were exempt matter under s.46(1)(a) of the FOI Act.
