The OIC Agency Portal is an online platform that enables agencies covered by the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 to act on their voluntary or mandatory reporting obligations under the Mandatory Notification of Data Breach (MNDB) scheme.

Register your agency
To register your agency for the OIC Agency Portal, email
itsupport@oic.qld.gov.au. A member of the OIC team will contact you to commence the agency verification process.
If your agency is already registered but you do not have an individual account, please contact your agency administrator. They can invite you to access the OIC Agency Portal on behalf of your agency.
