OIC Agency Portal
The OIC Agency Portal is an online platform that enables agencies covered by the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 to act on their voluntary or mandatory reporting obligations under the Mandatory Notification of Data Breach (MNDB) scheme.
The portal also allows authorised agency users to access records related to active privacy complaints involving their agency. Portal features include:
