New guidelines released explaining privacy reforms

OIC has published eight new guidelines referencing privacy reforms, as part of the Information Privacy and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2023 (IPOLA), which will improve transparency and accountability of Queensland public sector agencies and strengthen privacy protections for individuals.

Statistical reporting on the operation of the RTI and IP Acts

New guideline for local government on the Planning Act 2016
