Privacy masterclass - Writing a decision letter

Agencies may not have any control over whether a privacy complaint is made against them. But, agencies do have full control over how they respond to the complaint. Every privacy complaint can be considered as an opportunity for positive change. Realising this potential is one of the responsibilities of the privacy complaints officer.  Don’t believe us? Not sure how to go about achieving a positive outcome with privacy complaints? Want to share your success stories and experiences with your fellow practitioners? Join us for a Masterclass Workshop on Advanced Privacy Complaint Handling. The workshop will explore how to achieve a positive outcome in a privacy complaint.
