While agencies may not have any control over whether a privacy complaint is made against them they have full control over how they respond to the complaint.
Every privacy complaint offers an opportunity for positive change. As a Privacy Complaints Officer, how do you realise this potential and secure your agency’s commitment to improve its complaint handling? How do you go about achieving a positive outcome with privacy complaints? Are you keen to share your success stories with and learn from the experiences of your fellow practitioners?
The workshop will explore:
Privacy practitioners and/or officers who deal with both privacy issues and privacy complaints. We recommend that participants consider the training on Managing High Conflict Behaviour and have completed OIC’s online training modules.
