Privacy Awareness Week 2017 in Queensland will run from 15 to 21 May
This year’s theme is ‘Care when you share’ we are encouraging individuals to care about their privacy and better inform themselves of what will or might happen to their personal information before they share it. We will also be reminding public servants to take care and understand their responsibilities before sharing personal information which includes informing the community about how the agency handles their personal information.
Our PAW resources and activities will help individuals and agencies to raise awareness and understand their privacy rights and responsibilities.
We have a range of resources available including a poster, desktop images, infographic and quick guide for Chief Information Officers.
