How to use our annotated legislation

June 4, 2013 - 1:15pm

Annotations consist of explanatory notes relevant to applying legislation. These notes are not legal opinions, but are designed to make the legislation easier to understand. Our annotations cover the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld), Information Privacy Act 2009 (Qld) and the repealed Freedom of Information Act 1992 (Qld). Within an annotated section users can read an overview, how it’s applied and related key published decisions. Where relevant, links to our Guidelines and Information Sheets are included. A short video is now available and provides tips on how to use our annotation legislation.
