Professor John Wade, Director of the Dispute Resolution Centre in the law faculty at Bond University, will present a one day workshop on understanding conflict and provide a tool kit for how to negotiate with challenging applicants.
The workshop is intended to share practical strategies for negotiating and communicating with difficult people and to give RTI and Privacy Officers the strategies, skills and resources to engage productively with applicants.
