Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan for the Office of the Information Commissioner is being revised to reflect the Office’s new functions, responsibilities and powers under the Right to Information Act 2009 (RTI Act) and Information Privacy Act 2009 (IP Act).

The OIC 2008-2012 Strategic Plan describes the specific priorities and the performance output measures for the Office in relation to its responsibilities identified in the repealed Freedom of Information Act 1992 (Qld).
