Profile of the Right to Information Commissioner

The Right to Information (RTI) Commissioner is appointed by Governor in Council to be a deputy to the Information Commissioner.

The RTI Commissioner has specific responsibility for performing the Information Commissioner's functions under the Right to Information Act 2009 (Qld), to the extent delegated by the Information Commissioner.
