OIC Guidelines

Guidelines have been developed by the Office of the Information Commissioner to assist in administering the Right to Information Act 2009 and the Information Privacy Act 2009. They may include references to previous decisions of the Information Commissioner under the Freedom of Information Act 1992 (repealed) and FOI concepts.
